Our Team

Bill and Sheri Johnson are a husband & wife team with a strong background in Property Management, real estate investing, project management, construction, and interior design.  Bill takes care of the “business side” of the business as a Realtor under the brokerage of OTRE Group, LLC.  (See the Brokerage Svs tab for full disclosure)  He handles the contracts and accounting, as well as all maintenance and repair issues.  Sheri is more the “people person,” and manages the office, scheduling, communications, and procedural systems. 

Our Company

Above all else, BetterLubbock Property Management is a customer service business. Our goal is for you to have the most pleasant renting experience possible.  You’re never “just a tenant” to us.  We know our resident’s names, and even their dog’s name.  You can count on us to respect your time, your privacy, your safety, and your individuality.

All leasing and maintenance issues are handled in-house, and we've done our best to make everything as simple for you as possible.  We have a checklists for just about everything, and every document we use is available online for you to download and review in advance.  Applications, payments, and repair requests can all be easily submitted online.  Most importantly, repairmen will never enter your dwelling without an appointment.
